Dr. Grace T. Fadupin is a product of Queen Elizabeth School, Ilorin, Kwara State, Nigeria. She obtained B.Sc., M.Sc. and PhD degrees in Human Nutrition with specialty in diet therapy; she is a registered dietitian after an Internship at the University College Hospital, Ibadan. Dr. Fadupin is a Reader in the Department of Human Nutrition and was the Sub-Dean Undergraduate from 2007 – 2013, Faculty of Public Health, College of Medicine. Dr. Fadupin has several publications in reputable International and National journals.

Dr. Fadupin has several publications in reputable International and National journals. As a Nutritionist – Dietitian, her research focuses mainly on the dietary management of diseases, specifically diabetes, renal failure, hypertension and cancer. In some of her publications, she has developed dietary advice using local foods for different ailments which are being recommended for patients in Nigeria. Her current research also focuses on the psychosocial and nutritional problems, as well as quality of life of the elderly in Nigeria. Her research goal is to document the risk factors that can pre-dispose individuals to chronic diseases and also the nutritional treatment of these ailments.

She is currently the National President of Institute for Dietetics in Nigeria, a member of the Board of Management, Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Teaching Hospital (ATBUTH), Bauchi, and also the current Acting Head of Department of Human Nutrition, Faculty of Public Health, College of Medicine, University of Ibadan.
